Master franchisee comes with some serious responsibility as you must eat breath and live the Delicia brand, ethics and morals.

You will be responsible for the growth of the entire brand in your state and will work side by side with the MD and founder to ensure this happens.

You will need to share his drive and passion for business, health and for helping anyone and everyone succeed in life.

You will need to be constantly on the lookout for trends in your states that may set you apart from other states and business and have the means to present this to the MD.
